20th Century Dog + Mister Ott
Friday 25 july: Two killer Afro-Funk Jazz bands with a who’s who of local talent
After a sell out show earlier this year ‘The Dog’ are back with there Jazzified Afro and Broke Beat Funk. There studio album ‘Mad Stream’ was described as “Something approaching improvised perfection.” (SMH) Live there is something even more expansive and energetic about this band. This rare blend of odd time danceable grooves and singable melodies is infectious.
